KCF Academy: Second Year Milestones and Future Plans
KCF Academy proudly celebrates its second year of activity, marking remarkable achievements and setting ambitious goals for the future.
Over the past year, the Academy has provided training to over 500 students from across the globe, making it a unique educational platform in the world of chess. What sets KCF Academy apart is its roster of lecturers—some of the greatest legends of the game—including Garry Kasparov, Levon Aronian, Fabiano Caruana, Veselin Topalov, Peter Svidler, and many other world-class trainers.
KCF Academy´s mission is twofold: to advance students’ chess knowledge and to elevate their competitive results. The Academy serves as a foundation for classical chess education, working in cooperation with players’ personal coaches rather than replacing them. In this way, KCF Academy aims to empower both players and their trainers.
Outstanding Results in 2025
The success of the Academy’s training can best be seen in international competition. In 2025, KCF Academy students achieved remarkable results:

- Tetiana Skarbarchuk (Ukraine) – European Champion, Girls U18
- Maksym Dubnevych (Ukraine) – Bronze medal in Open U18
- Lukas Dotzer (Austria) – Silver medal in Open U16
These results highlight not only the Academy’s role in developing individual talent but also its contribution to national and European chess success.
